Because our products are shipped directly from our trusted supplier partners, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment has been confirmed.
Please note:
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During periods of high order volume or supplier delays, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll notify you by email.
- Our supplier partners carefully package health and wellness products to help maintain product quality during transit.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Shipments

Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Orders

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has been delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We'll work with the shipping carrier and supplier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders are processed quickly by our supplier partners, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
